Why use Blue Media Weddings & Lifestyle for your wedding?

Let’s be honest, there are so many beautiful, incredible photographers out there but we like to think we bring something different to our couples. We are AIPP accredited professional photographers and videographers for a start which is recognition of our skill and experience. We use Canon gear (Nikon fans please don’t dismiss us!) which is all top professional level, insured with back ups just incase the worst was to happen and something got dropped during the day. Something that is also REALLY important to us is that we are not colleagues but GREAT FRIENDS and work seamlessly together so when you get both of us we know each others moves (despite still occasionally bumping bums!) we help each other and laugh together which will add more to your experience! Your wedding is YOUR story and we will bring our style and creative vision to your beautiful, exciting and breathtaking day and we are wildly excited about capturing every part of it.

How many images will we get?

Great question that we asked heaps! We don’t give a set amount of images as every wedding is different and it will depend on what amount of coverage you have chosen. Our aim is to give you a stunning set of images telling the love story from your unique and amazing day.

Do we get our images / video from you on a USB?

We don’t provide a USB as they have a limited life and you want to treasure your images forever. We deliver a beautiful online gallery to you from where you can download High (for printing) and Low (for social media) resolution copies. We give you detailed advice for downloading and storing copies.

Do we get copyright of our images?

You will have shared copyright with Blue Media Weddings. This means that you have the rights to reproduce your images in any way you like but Blue Media Weddings still has the rights to use the images for promotional material, advertising and display etc.

How long will it take to get the images from our wedding and (if applicable) receive our album?

You will receive a link to your gallery with some ‘sneak peaks’ within 48hrs* and then the rest of your gallery will be beautifully delivered within approximately 4weeks* Your wedding album will take approximately 6-8weeks* after your have chosen your images. We know and understand that you are super excited to see what we have shot from the day but we pride ourselves in carefully choosing and individually editing each image to its full potential.

* Timeframes for delivery of gallery will depend on location and may change on the time of year and how busy our season is but we will endeavour to get your gallery to you as soon as possible.

Where are you based and does Blue Media Weddings travel?

Yes yes yes! We are based in Exmouth, Coral Bay and Perth but we LOVE destination weddings so you don’t have to ask us twice if we want to travel! We are happy to create custom packages to fit your wedding plans. Travel and accomodation fees are included in destination packages, so you don’t need to worry about a thing!
